Job Description
Garrett Motion is seeking a Validation Engineer to develop the next generation products for their E-boosting products in the automotive industry. This role involves defining system requirements, ensuring technical alignment, and managing technical issues. The position requires a collaborative approach, technical expertise, and experience in a virtual team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or System Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in engineering including hardware and software development
- Ability to work in a global, virtual team environment with English communication
- Product launch experience
- Expertise in ISO 26262
- Experience with in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
- Prior experience with requirements management
- Previous experience with high speed motors & Powertrain applications
- Understanding of Automotive standards (preferred)
