Job Description
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Store Manager, responsible for overseeing store operations, cleanliness, inventory, and cash control. Duties include providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, completing reports, and participating in various tasks as directed. The position also involves training new CSR’s and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
