Survey Project Manager / Professional Land Surveyor

Gaskins + LeCraw has joined the Pape-Dawson family. Pape-Dawson is currently seeking a Survey Project Manager for their Chattanooga, TN office. This position is responsible for planning and directing project schedules for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors.

Requirements

• Schedule field and office projects with support
• Create project staffing requirements
• Prepare project timeline, scope, and budget
• Provide QA/QC and peer review of surveys
• Manage control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys
• Oversee CAD standards for employees, subcontractors, and field crews
• Work with other departments to smoothly orchestrate multi-discipline projects
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in business development
