Requirements

• Oversee all accounting operations
• Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (BSP, BIR, SEC) and manage audit observations
• Drive financial reporting excellence
• Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insights to support strategic decisions
• Support corporate initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, investments, and corporate projects
