Manager, Technology Compliance

We're looking for a Manager, Technology Compliance to join our team at GCash. The successful candidate will provide proactive guidance and risk-based advisory support on regulatory compliance, business partnerships, policy and procedure management, monitoring and reporting, training and education, audit support, and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or risk management role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of fintech-specific regulations and financial products/services
• Familiarity with digital financial services, including digital payments and cryptocurrency.
