Data Analytics & Visualization Engineer - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Role Overview

As a Data Analytics & Visualization Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and high-impact visualizations. You will partner closely with analytics, engineering, and mission stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver Tableau-based dashboards that support operational awareness, performance monitoring, and executive decision-making.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and evolve analytics-ready data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that support scalable reporting and visualization use cases, ingesting structured and unstructured data from diverse sources. Lead the development of advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products, emphasizing clarity, usability, and decision support for operational and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• OR 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, visualization, or analytics engineering in lieu of a degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience developing data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python or similar modern analytics languages
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling to support analytical and visualization use cases
• Hands-on experience developing visual analytics and dashboards, with demonstrated proficiency in Tableau
• Experience designing dashboards for operational monitoring, trend analysis, and executive reporting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings and visualization design decisions
• Analytical mindset with attention to data quality, consistency, and interpretability
