
Job description
The Linux Systems Engineer will support the Geospatial Services & Solutions business area to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions to the customer. As part of the GSS Team, the Linux systems engineer expertise is needed to support a sophisticated enterprise environment.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Linux-based infrastructure in both on-prem and virtualized environments, develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and scripting languages, and troubleshoot complex system, performance, and integration issues across distributed environments.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering and engineering Linux systems in enterprise environments, a solid understanding of system administration fundamentals, and strong expertise in configuration management and automation using Ansible.
