Job description
A career in enterprise IT means connecting and enhancing the systems that matter most. As a Systems Engineer, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Develops and applies advanced engineering and design methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced system requirements, hardware/software interfaces and applications and solutions.
Operate and sustain the on-going daily operational use of VMware infrastructure, manage and administer physical and virtual servers, support and management of server virtualization, server provisioning, physical server maintenance, security compliance and daily operations.
Requires 8+ years of related experience, DoD Manual 8570.01-M at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II role, TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph, working technical competency in one or more of the following supported platforms: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, MS Hyper-V/VMWare/ESx/Xen Hypervisors, Scripting, BMC Footprints, WSUS, Lumension, Bitlocker, SQL Server 2012, Microsoft IIS, Windows Server 2012r2/2016, Win 10, Red Hat 6.5, Microsoft Office.
