Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel & Company Secretary will provide commercial and practical legal advice and support on day-to-day commercial matters, draft and review commercial contracts, and support corporate secretarial functions.
Requirements
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree from a recognized university
- Company Secretary (ICSI) qualification
- LLM (Masters of Law) qualification (preferable but not mandatory)
- At least 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Solid law firm or in-house experience in a regional or global company with a focus on commercial topics
