Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform

Geisinger is operationalizing AI at scale and is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end product quality of user-facing applications. The role exists because internal AI tooling has stopped being a nice-to-have, and the pace of program delivery is now bounded by how quickly teams can read platform data and configure platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience shipping production web applications
• Deep proficiency in modern React and the surrounding ecosystem
• Strong fluency in Python and FastAPI for backend-for-frontend work
• Experience implementing role-based access controls and permission-aware views
• A real testing practice: unit, integration, and E2E with one of Playwright or Cypress
• Experience instrumenting applications with usage telemetry and using that data to inform product decisions
• Strong written communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
