Staff Product Manager

Gem is a leading AI-first all-in-one recruiting platform. It brings together multiple tools and provides AI-driven workflows to help customers boost recruiter productivity and save costs. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own Gem's Top of Funnel AI products and drive product strategy for one of Gem's most important growth areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS
• Experience building or owning AI-powered products, especially in search, retrieval, ranking, or content discovery
• Ability to write evals that define high-quality results
• Proven ownership of ambiguous, zero-to-one or major iteration products with measurable customer impact
• Comfort partnering deeply with engineers on technical tradeoffs that materially affect product quality and outcomes
