Occupational Therapist Assistant
Associate’s degree in OTA is required. Must be a licensed COTA or AOTA certified. Requires supervision by an O’T therapist
Certified Medication Aide
Valid CNA certification needed. Experience in healthcare preferred. Strong communication & collaboration skills are important. Compassionate & patient-centered approach is essential
Charge Nurse
Nursing degree required, RN/LPN license, and current CPR. Preferred experience in long-term care
LVN Charge Nurse
Current LVN license req. Strong leadership/supervisory skills. Tech proficiency needed
CNA
NCAS certificate, high school diploma/equivalent, and CPR/BLS certification are required. 1+ year of long-term care CNA experience is necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly
Housekeeping
High school diploma/GED and strong English language skills are required. Previous long term care experience is a plus. Must be able to perform basic math & lift
Occupational Therapist Assistant
Associates degree and/or COTA license required for entry. Supervisory responsibilities are generally not stated
Dietary Cook
Review menus, prepare meals according to protocols. Implement changes, and follow safety guidelines. Assist with meal service and special events
Physical Therapist Assistant
Must have a valid therapy license, valid driver's license, and be able to perform physical therapy duties and interact with the public. Knowledge of nursing home regulations is a plus
