Senior Patent Counsel/Agent (Large Molecule)

Genentech's Intellectual Property team is seeking a Senior Patent Counsel/Agent (Large Molecule) to create and leverage IP strategies that enable Genentech to 'do now what patients need next.'

Requirements

• Designing and delivering impactful global IP portfolios
• Rendering legal opinions and providing guidance
• Conducting due diligence investigations and analyses
• Maintaining strong knowledge of legal case law, rules and regulations
• Managing a substantial and active global docket
• Collaborating, managing, and supporting teams
• Providing IP support for partnering and other agreements
• Supporting intellectual property-related transactional and litigation work
