Senior Principal Product Leader, Therapeutics Discovery

A Senior Principal Product Leader is needed to lead the strategy and execution of a family of products critical for drug discovery research. The ideal candidate will have a broad span of control and work closely with top-tier scientists and drug discovery experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years, or an advanced degree plus 10 years proven experience in building impactful products
• Applicable experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering
• Experience working in a drug discovery setting and understanding drug discovery processes
• Experience in all phases of the software development process
• Highly collaborative and demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
