Mechanical Design Engineering Intern

Role Overview

Join our mechanical group to support the development of next generation clean energy solutions, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and validation for our battery energy storage system (BESS) product line.

What You Will Do

Support the design and development of mechanical components, modules, and assemblies for next generation BESS products, assist with prototyping, testing, and validation activities, and contribute to 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical design principles
• Coursework or project experience with 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred, others accepted)
• Familiarity with 2D drafting and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on lab and prototype environment
