Job Description
The Associate Director of Software Solutions supports the Director in providing leadership for software development, enterprise architecture, and project management to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computers Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Five or more years of progressive IT/software development leadership experience
- Good working knowledge of employer's computer environment
- Strong people skills in providing advocacy for functions performed and to maintain high levels of communications with subordinates, users, and superiors
