Job description
Leads the planning and ensures monitoring and control for assigned development programs, responsible for Cost, Schedule, and Technical performance for all engineering efforts.
Ensures all project deliverables are developed with high quality and delivered on time, manages the engineering related risks and opportunities of the program, conducts monthly Engineering Status Reviews, manages the resolution of technical issues, and ensures team members are recognized for their contributions.
Requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience, with 8 years project management experience leading hardware and software development teams, and 5 years technical experience; preferably with embedded systems.
