Requirements

• PhD or MS in a technical or scientific field (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related)
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working within Special Access communities
• Experience with modeling and simulation frameworks such as AFSIM
• Understanding of military operations, tactics, strategies, and trade-off considerations
• Experience leading teams, managing workflow and workload balancing
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently
