Join the team that keeps Arlington Assembly running. You’ll own the PLCs, robots, conveyors, and vision systems that build GM vehicles by solving problems and leading improvements on the factory floor.
Enforces safe work practices, responsible for controls engineering & electrical support, provides technical support, direction, and training to support personnel/Skilled Trades within the organization.
3+ years of experience in Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment with mechanical experience, Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience, proven ability to program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and diagnose complex equipment issues.
