Manager, Software Engineering

The Manager, Software Engineering role is responsible for elevating the quality, trust, and operational efficiency of simulated tests and protocols. The successful candidate will lead a growing team to build efficient infrastructure and processes to scale simulation test creation and maintenance, and drive cross-functional alignment on standards and tooling development.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing scalable software solutions using Python in a production environment.
• Proven experience in building backend infrastructure supporting internal tooling and dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
