Job Description
This role involves skilled troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft hydraulic components following CMM regulations. It requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The position requires a strong understanding of shop equipment and a proactive approach to improving component reliability.
Requirements
- Read, understand and follow component manufacturer manual (CMM) procedures.
- Write detailed reports for repair documentation.
- Create 100% parts list.
- Perform failure analysis.
- Maintain housekeeping and equipment.
- Receive training to improve troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
