Join Genesis Financial Solutions as a Fraud and Disputes Unit Manager, leading one of our credit card fraud and disputes team. Monitor team's daily work volumes, perform quality reviews, and implement new policies and procedures. Develop, coach, and mentor a team of 10+ Fraud & Dispute agents.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of financial services Fraud and Dispute practices
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, particularly FDCPA and Reg Z
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt well to change
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times and in all situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent motivation and team leadership skills
- Ability to work various shifts
