Board Certified / Board Eligible in General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Hand, Spine, Foot & Ankle, or Total Joint, Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Illinois, Proficiency in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery (preferred for hand specialists)

1 year customer service experience, computer experience, and knowledge of customer service principles
