Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President-Cloud / DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD frameworks across products, drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD frameworks across products
• Define DevOps strategy, tooling standards, and automation principles in alignment with business goals
• Oversee governance and compliance initiatives related to security, observability, and change management
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, DevOps leads, and platform teams across global locations
• Collaborate with architecture and product leadership to align DevOps roadmaps with application needs
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to continuously improve platform performance
• Drive initiatives to improve infrastructure cost optimization, reliability, and resiliency
• Own documentation, KPIs, and dashboards that measure DevOps effectiveness across function
