Requirements

• Lead the design and architecture of SQL databases, data models, and high performance ETL frameworks.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies.
• Own end to end delivery of data integration projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and production deployment.
• Conduct performance tuning, workload analysis, and optimization of complex SQL queries and ETL workflows.
• Establish robust data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure reliability and accuracy across pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data strategies, technical roadmaps, and integration patterns.
• Drive improvements in automation, scalability, and operational efficiency within data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership during incident resolution, root cause analysis, and environment stabilization.
