Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation Leader

Genpact is seeking a Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation Leader to drive transformation outcomes for clients by combining data, technology, and emerging tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, leadership, and analytics, with experience in leading global-scale programs. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap to embed analytics and digital capabilities throughout the organization, and will collaborate with global operating teams to identify and execute opportunities for modernizing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Min. postgraduate / MBA from a top institution
• Business understanding and knowledge of transformation trends in 2-3 Industry verticals
• Experience in leading digital transformation programs which include technology, business strategy, data, and emerging technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging clients and stakeholders across the organization
• Good understanding of Operations ecosystem in a Business Process management environment
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills (internal & external)
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable plans
