Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner in Gensler’s New York office, you will partner with studio leadership in shaping our culture and values across their studios. This is an opportunity to be part of a strategic HR team in a creative and cutting-edge environment, while being hands-on, working directly with leaders to foster our People First environment.
Requirements
- Build strong relationships with studio leaders acting as a trusted advisor to them on HR topics.
- Investigate, document and resolve employee relations issues, keeping the People Leader and HR team informed of progressive discipline steps.
- Coach managers and leaders on HR issues, providing insight and options compliant with legislation and consistent with Gensler philosophies, policies and culture.
