Sustainment Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly capable Electrical Engineer to support the ongoing electrical engineering and sustainment efforts for noise-attenuating headsets, microphones, earplugs, and communication systems. Gentex offers a robust benefit package and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience
• 3+ years' experience in an electrical engineering role
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and methods
• Experience with electrical schematic capture and PCB layout toolsets
• Ability to interpret electrical component datasheets
• Background in manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies
• Familiarity with military qualification standards
