Job Description
UI/UX Design Lead blends technical knowledge, team leadership, hands-on design execution, and cross-functional collaboration to design compelling user experiences and interfaces.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of UI/UX researchers, designers, and writers
- Evaluates user requirements and applies research-driven solutions
- Designs and develops engaging user experiences for various applications
- Conducts regular design reviews and provides actionable feedback
- Mentors lower-level UI/UX employees
- Performs other duties as assigned
