GEODIS is seeking a visionary Site Manager to lead a logistics site in Almere, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics, automation, and people management, with experience in managing large teams and complex processes.

Requirements

• HBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in logistics/technology/business administration
• Extensive experience as a manager in a logistics (automated) environment with large teams and complex processes
• Experience with shifts, MSP, driving on real-time data
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems, automation, financial management, and LEAN/improvement projects
• Strong people manager and coach, accustomed to driving KPIs and results
• Experience in maintaining customer relationships and closing contracts
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Analytically strong, convincing, charismatic, and decision-making
• In possession of a VOG or willing to apply
