Job Description
Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and managing labor hours and payroll. Coordinates order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling. Interviews and trains new team members and recommends process improvements. Ensures compliance with company and customer policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years related warehouse and/or distribution center experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Experience with labor management systems
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
