As a Warehouse Operator at GEODIS, you will be responsible for reading production schedules, pulling and preparing product for shipment, and loading and unloading products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment. You will also need to sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
Requirements
- High school education or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Minimum 3 to 6 months experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience operating a forklift is required
- Ability to follow safety regulations while operating equipment
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment
