AVP Commercial Manager/Team Leader

You will be responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating commercial loan, business deposit, and cash management functions of your team. You will also participate on the Gesa Leadership team and provide input on the strategic initiatives of the organization.

Requirements

• Maintain a highly qualified staff
• Interview, select, train, evaluate, supervise, schedule, coach and develop team members
• Complete performance reviews
• Ensure the team remains in compliance with all state and federal laws and credit Union policies and procedures
• Prepare credit requests for submission to Loan Committee
• Identify and monitor all MBL loans
• Establish production goals and provide productions reports to management
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the MBLs and other investor requirements
