Job Description
Join Gesa Credit Union as a Commercial Banking Quality Assurance and Control Specialist I. Assist in maintaining accuracy of data, effectiveness of controls, and adherence to regulatory compliance in the Commercial Banking Department. Develop skills to identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, or deviations from policy in commercial banking functions.
Requirements
- Perform quality assurance on data entry into the core data processing system
- Review for quality control of audit general commercial banking functions (HMDA reporting, wires, account openings and flood audits)
- Assist in performing scheduled quality assurance and control checks in adherence to established departmental standards
- Assist in the preparation for all internal reviews, 3rd party audits and exams
- Maintain and protect all sensitive data utilizing the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism
