As a Personal Financial Services Representative, you will assist members with establishing new relationships, opening accounts, and providing exceptional member service. Requirements
- Provide exceptional member service
- Solve problems and take ownership of member concerns
- Have a core understanding of financial literacy and products
- Make outbound calls to members
- Assist non-members with establishing membership
- Accurately take consumer lending applications
- Review credit reports and obtain approvals
- Close loans and communicate with members
- Act as a Notary Public and perform notarial services
- Open consumer deposit accounts and perform account maintenance
