Job Description
Maquet Cardiopulmonary GmbH is seeking a Software Validation Engineer to join their Research & Development team. The role involves testing critical medical systems, developing test specifications, and improving automated test systems. The company is committed to providing healthcare solutions to hospitals and life-science facilities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in engineering technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- ISQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) or equivalent certifications
- Experience in testing of relevant software and embedded systems
- Strong knowledge of software programming and the application of automated test systems
- Strong knowledge of development processes, ideally in the medical field
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ideally knowledge of IEC 62304 and IEC 29119 norms
- Self-sufficient, reliable and responsible working style
- Very good German and English language skills
