Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Technician

Role Overview

The NDT Inspector performs non-destructive testing on steam and gas turbine components and generator parts, supporting quality assurance in both factory and field environments.

What You Will Do

Conduct NDT inspections, perform hardness testing, prepare NCRs, and communicate with team members.

Requires strong math skills, ability to work independently and with others under stressful conditions, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• NT, PT, UT Level 2 Certification – with 5 years’ experience
• Ability to work 1st shift (7-330pm) or 2nd shift (3-11:30pm)
• Ability to work overtime as required, including occasional weekend shifts
