Requirements

• Leading and managing the afternoon shift to ensure production and output is met
• Ensuring all WHS management system requirements are met and safety standards are maintained
• Managing costs to ensure delivery is met in the most cost-effective manner
• Allocating appropriate staffing and ensuring employees are trained, fit, qualified and competent to effectively run operations
• Ensuring the operation is working in adherence with site safety policies, procedures, and critical elements
