Reliable and safety-focused electrical tradesperson with an 'A Class' electrical licence, drivers licence, and experience working as an industrial electrician

5 years experience supervising or managing a large team in a manufacturing or a relevant industry, high level problem solving, conflict resolution and people management skills, experience with implementation of lean systems and process improvement

Relevant tertiary qualification, Proven experience in a similar role, CPA/CIMA/CA or equivalent preferred

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years of experience in project management, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication and leadership skills

Trade qualification as Fitter and Turner, Crane and Forklift ticket desirable, background in industrial manufacturing

Mechanical Trade Qualification preferred, Sound understanding of maintenance methodologies, SAP Experience, Experience Managing Contractors, Shutdown Scheduling, Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning or supervision

5+ years of operational leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or logistics

2-5 years of experience as an experienced planner or electrical tradesperson, with solid knowledge of asset management and maintenance practices

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering and 1-10 years of experience in Industrial Power and Services
