The Electrical Technician will play a critical role in enhancing the operational success of the Whyalla Steelworks through planning and technical support within the Electrical Services department.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum qualification)
- Unrestricted Electrical Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Heavy industrial experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Honeywell DCS
- Working knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens drives
- Experience using Citect SCADA
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CMMS and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365, Maximo, EPIX)
