Job Description
The Electrical Team Leader will co-ordinate and undertake electrical maintenance services and capital development across the Geelong Wire Mill, focusing on increasing equipment reliability and meeting production requirements.
Requirements
- A Grade Electrical licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
- Significant experience in electrical maintenance within heavy industry or manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership experience managing trade teams and contractors
- Demonstrated experience with PLC program development, commissioning and fault finding
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards for electrical maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance plans
- Leadership and team coordination in a maintenance environment
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent CMMS for job tracking and cost recording
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electrical systems
