Electrical Team Leader - Finished Products

This is a leadership role with immense opportunity to further develop your career as an Electrical Maintenance Shift Team Leader. The role coordinates the execution of electrical maintenance across the Finished Products area, working with a team of Tradespeople and Day Team Leaders reporting to the department Superintendent.

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in Electrical Trade
• 3+ years of on-the-job experience post Trade/Bachelor study
• Sound knowledge and experience in the application of reliability and maintenance management principles
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills focusing on fixed plant equipment
• Formal leadership qualification or supervisory experience is highly regarded
• Experience in SAP maintenance modules is also highly regarded
