Job Description
The Electrical Team Leader at InfraBuild will lead a team of electrical tradespeople to deliver reliable equipment and support 24/7 steel production. The role involves safety, team performance, and process excellence.
Requirements
- Certified Electrical Trade qualification or Electrical Engineering diploma
- Experience leading or supervising a team of electrical tradespeople, ideally in a unionised environment
- Knowledge of 24/7 continuous manufacturing operations
- Heavy industry or steel manufacturing experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all levels of the organisation
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development
- Ability to manage workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning
