We are seeking a Planner Scheduler to provide support to the Steel Products Planning Leader in the development and coordination of Shutdown and Planned Maintenance outage schedules, external resources, services, materials, workpack development, and other required activities to execute and successfully deliver maintenance work during Planned Outages.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain shutdown schedule using both MS Project and Excel
- Coordinate all stages of the Shutdown & Outage Management process
- Facilitate weekly shutdown & outage progress meetings
- Facilitate twice daily schedule updates and process reports
- Control the asset maintenance effort through the management of all proactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Work with supply and procurement to ensure delivery of materials in time for Planned events
- Work with procurement to source and secure required labour, services, and equipment
- Ensure all activities have resources assigned and scheduled in SAP inline with Work Management process
- Work with Planners, Contractor Controllers, and stakeholders in the creation of executable work packs
