Data Solution Architect

GFT is a pioneer in digital transformation, looking for a Data Solution Architect to lead teams or design analytical strategies for their Center of Excellence (CoE) AI.DA. The ideal candidate has a solid background in data science, with 8-10 years of experience as a Data Solution Architect and 3 years of experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Professional experience of 8-10 years as a Data Solution Architect (or equivalent)
• Professional experience of 3 years with Databricks in enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role (pre-sales/consulting/architecture)
• Real mastery of lakehouse architecture, ingestion/transformation/serving patterns, and experience with Unity Catalog for governance
• Experience designing and implementing architectures in AWS/Azure/GCP (at least one deep)
• Fluent coding in Python + SQL (Scala highly valued) and a solid base in Spark/Big Data
• Industrialization: CI/CD in Databricks with Asset Bundles and modern deployment and consistency practices between environments
• Observability with system tables (and/or equivalent standards) and cost-focused/FinOps approach
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Databricks
• Experience in regulated sectors (banking/insurance) and advanced government/security
