Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige Intensive Home Treatment / Crisisdienst

You will work as an SPV in the crisis team and be deployed in acute psychiatric crisis situations. This involves triage, evaluations, treatments, promoting flow and monitoring progress. You will offer care to clients with severe, psychical or psychiatric problems and their systems.

Requirements

• A completed SPV education and BIG registration.
• A proactive attitude and organizational qualities.
• An affinity with anxiety and depression and personality problems.
• The ability to analyze problems in different life areas and formulate a concept treatment plan based on that.
• The ability to formulate the client's request for help SMART.
• Availability of at least 16-32 hours per week.
