Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Specialist in Mental Health to join our team at IHT Oss. You will work in a well-organized and content-rich environment, providing intensive, ambulatory treatment in the home situation. You will perform psychiatric and somatic diagnostics, set up and implement treatment plans, coordinate complex care pathways, and work with clients and relatives in the home situation.
Requirements
- Completed MANP education to Nursing Specialist in Mental Health (BIG-registered)
- Affinity with acute psychiatry (experience is nice, but learning is allowed)
- Readiness for crisis service
- Driving license B and a car
- A calm, analytical style and pleasure in multidisciplinary collaboration
Benefits
- Immediate employment contract for an indefinite period
- A gross monthly salary between € 5,140 and € 6,716, based on 36 hours (GGZ CAO, FWG 65)
- Crisis service allowance above CAO (35.7% in cash or 25% in time)
- Annual personal training budget € 2,784
- A full 13th month (8.33% of your gross annual salary)
- Travel allowance + € 0.50 per km for business trips
