We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Home Treatment Specialist to join our team in Leiden. As an Intensive Home Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients with complex mental health needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, psychology, social work)
- Current registration with the relevant professional organization (e.g. BIG)
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an intensive home treatment program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
