Software Engineer III

SOFTWARE ENGINEER III – INDUSTRY ASSURANCE PLATFORM. The Software Engineer III is a hands-on individual contributor who works closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role contributes to the company's technical and product initiatives across the full development lifecycle, with 90%+ of time focused on research, development, implementation, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience designing and building distributed software systems using the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, C#)
• Solid experience with Azure cloud services — App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, AKS, and related PaaS offerings
• Hands-on experience with messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka or Azure Service Bus
• Proficiency with data access technologies: Entity Framework, LINQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Ability to implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and Angular
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools — Docker, Kubernetes / AKS
• Strong commitment to test-driven development — unit, integration, and API testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and non-engineering teams
