Senior Manager, Global Clinical Supply Chain

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Global Clinical Supply Chain, you will lead the development of strategies and meet project deliverables for Gilead's global clinical trials. You will have end-to-end leadership and accountability for clinical supply management, prioritizing and creating executable work plans to ensure on-time delivery of investigational medicinal products.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include interpreting clinical study protocols, translating information to IMP demand and supply planning requirements, and developing and implementing depot and clinical site seeding and resupply strategies. You will also perform demand and/or supply forecasting and planning, translate forecasts into clinical packaging and labeling execution plans, and support contract/quote reviews and purchase order and invoice reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience
• Master's Degree and 6 years' experience
• PhD/PharmD and 2 years' experience
• Degrees in the sciences preferred
• Strong working knowledge in clinical supply management
• Experience with managing comparator drugs and other co-meds for clinical studies
• Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Strategic, enterprise thinking with ability to distill complex business problems to technology solutions
